April Challenges

Get to the Core!! This challenge is pretty obvious, it is about working our core! We have bathing suit weather coming and we want to show off our six packs!! So, challenge yourself to do at least 5 minutes of core work every day. Here are a few ideas to get you started: Core exercises for all gym goers.

Vitamin D Challenge: Challenge yourself to get some sunlight for 5-10 minutes at least 3x/week. Soak up some Vitamin D!!
