February Challenges

Well, since this month is known for Love, let's show a little love to ourselves and others.

Challenge #1: Love your butt! Challenge yourself to do at least one glute exercise daily. Here are some options to choose from: donkey kicks, lunges, single leg bridges, squats, split squats, and here are ideas for 50 butt exercises from Daily Burn.

 

Challenge #2: Love yourself. Find one thing to love about yourself every day.

Challenge #3: Love others. Find one thing each day to love about someone else.

Challenge #4: Love Running. (Of course) Remind yourself on each run what you love about running. Maybe just the fact that you are healthy enough to do it!
