January Challenges

1. Let's continue the kindness challenge. Just because the holidays are over doesn't mean we shouldn't keep striving to be kind. Try to do one act of kindness daily. This can be a smile at a stranger, buying someone's coffee, petting a dog. You get the idea.

2. Movement Challenge-move 20 minutes continuously daily

3. Core Challenge-do 5 minutes of core work daily.
