March Challenges

For this month there is only one challenge, the Squat Challenge. I have been doing 100 squats daily and have actually really noticed how my legs feel stronger and my knees feel really good. So, I thought I would make it this month's challenge. Start easy and work your way up. Take some short breaks at first if you need to. Ok, have fun!!
