May Challenges

1. May Madness Challenge: challenge yourself to do something active every day in May. It's time to get ready for summer training and racing! Start with a commitment of 15 minutes and work up to 45 minutes.

2. No Miss May: Challenge yourself not to miss 2 days in a row. Make a calendar and mark with an X every time you do your workout, even if you only get a few minutes of it, mark it as done. Half the trouble of getting started is making it a priority and finding time on your schedule. Challenge yourself not to see 2 X's in a row!!
